Luther is Co-Founder and Head of Mortgages at UK Expat Mortgage. With significant advisory experience in the expat lending market, Luther has a unique understanding of the challenges faced by expatriate borrowers buying property in the UK.
His extensive network of lender relationships, ranging from private banks to specialist expat lenders, allows UK Epxat Mortgage to provide unique solutions for expat clients, many of which are often inaccessible for those applying directly or using a non-specialist broker.
Luther’s primary objective when working with expat clients is to find a cost-effective solution. Although a private lending route is often the best option for expats – particularly for those with income portfolios of greater complexity – he enjoys the challenge of placing expat mortgage cases with high-street banks and lenders where possible. In doing so, he has a track record of achieving significant savings on interest rates for his clients.

Senior Mortgage Broker
Louis is a Senior Mortgage Broker at UK Expat Mortgage, advising expats living across the world on securing property finance back home in the UK.
He brings to the table a wealth of industry knowledge and strong relationships with many of the international building societies that lead the expat lending market.
Louis is passionate about helping his clients achieve their maximum borrowing potential. Whether that’s leveraging a higher income multiple to increase a their borrowing power, or negotiating an additional income source to be factored into an application, he prides himself on his determination to find a solution for his clients.
